Building a home with Prestige Homes will be an enjoyable process for both the homeowner and the builder. Our mission is to build quality relationships between the customer and builder to ensure that all parties have a great experience with Prestige Homes. Home building is meant to be an interactive process between the builder and customer, and Steve and Traci take that experience to a new level.
When building a home with Prestige Homes, you will be working with us for 1-2 years from the design phase all the way through the warranty period. We want to make sure that we enjoy our professional and personal relationships with our customers as we move through that process. To accomplish this goal, we believe that communication is key. You will be communicating with Steve and Traci frequently throughout the building process to make sure that your vision of your next home is fully realized.
As a smaller homebuilder, Steve oversees all construction himself, assuring that everything is as it should be – the way the customer wants it. Steve is on the job site every day supervising the subcontractors, making adjustments and improvements, and communicating with the homeowner about the building process. Because of this, he will always be fully informed about the state of construction on your home and will keep the customer fully informed as well.
Traci guides her customers through the design process. She facilitates the relationship between the designer and customer, coordinates selections, and communicates with customers about the design aspect of the building process. She is fully accessible to her customers, and there to help you at any time during the building process.
Together Steve and Traci work together to ensure that building your next home will be an enjoyable, creative, and interactive process between the builder and customer!
